Research and development are the roads who leads us to excellence
Internal Cylinder
Our welding plants, unique in Europe, starting from stain still sheets up to 11 meters long, allow us to realize the inner cylinder (shell) of the tanks without any circumferential welding.
Internal Polishing
Thanks to a specific process, the inside of the tank can be mechanically polished after mounting all stainless steel components (bottoms, bulkheads, hatches, deep valves,...).
Insulation
The insulation material is produced in our factories, using appropriate chemical products and special technical measures to obtain a density of polyurethane who ensures the isothermal capacity of the tank, over time.
Coating
The coating material is produced according to our instructions to ensure better resistance to washing detergents and atmospheric agents.
Materials
Pipings and implants are produced with materials certified according to international standards (UNI, ISO,…) and scrupulously checked before their installation. Periodically, the equipments efficiency and the construction procedures effectiveness are subjected to careful tests to confirm the quality standards of our tanks.
